摘要
目的研究多元化教学方法在妇产科住院医师规范化培训临床教学中的应用价值。方法选取2014年3月—2019年3月期间本院妇产科住院医师为本次研究对象,共计90名。采用数字随机分配法,将90名住院医师分别成立对照组(n=45)与试验组(n=45),对照组采取传统教学模式,试验组则给予多元化教学方法,评价两组间教学效果。结果两组间教学前考核总成绩差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;教学后,试验组考核总成绩明显高于对照组;试验组教学满意度97.78%,明显高于对照组教学满意度86.67%,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妇产科住院医师实施多元化教学方法,其能有效提高住院医师的考试成绩,从而提高临床教学质量。
Objective To study the application value of multiple teaching methods in the standardized training clinical teaching of Obstetrics and gynecology residents.Methods From March 2014 to March 2019,90 residents in our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study.90 residents were divided into control group(n=45)and experimental group(n=45).The control group adopted traditional teaching mode,while the experimental group was given multiple teaching methods to evaluate the teaching effect between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);after teaching,the total score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group;the teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was 97.78%,significantly higher than that of the control group(86.67%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of diversified teaching methods for obstetrics and gynecology residents can effectively improve the examination results of residents and improve the quality of clinical teaching.
