摘要 目的分析简易手血管模型在高护基础护理学实验教学中的应用价值。方法抽取2018年9月—2019年8月本院44名护生参与实验研究,且将其随机编号划入常规组与试验组(n=22)。常规组执行常规高护基础护理学实验教学,试验组在此基础上使用简易手血管模型,比较护生知识掌握效果及教学模式满意度。结果常规组护生的理论知识、实践操作评分均低于试验组,且一次性穿刺成功率、操作流程合格率相对较低,差距比较有统计学意义(P <0.05)。常规组护生的教学满意率为72.73%,试验组护生的教学满意率为95.45%,试验组护生满意率更高(P <0.05)。结论简易手血管模型可提升高护基础护理学实验教学质量,增强学生理论与实践水平。 Objective To analyze the application value of simple hand vessel model in experimental teaching of high nursing basic nursing.Methods 44 nursing students from September 2018 to August 2019 in our hospital were selected to participate in the experimental study,and they were randomly divided into the conventional group and the experimental group(n=22).Routine experimental teaching of basic nursing was carried out in the conventional group,and simple hand vascular model was used in the experimental group to compare the knowledge acquisition effect and teaching mode satisfaction of nursing students.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge and practical operation of nursing students in the conventional group were lower than those in the experimental group,and the success rate of one-time puncture and the qualified rate of operating procedures were relatively low,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction rate was 72.73%in the conventional group,95.45%in the experimental group,and higher in the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion The simple hand vascular model can improve the quality of basic nursing teaching and enhance the theoretical and practical level of students.
