摘要 全科医生的培养涉及多种因素,全科医学师资队伍的建设是影响全科医生培养的重要因素,也是实现基层医疗卫生服务质量的必由之路。各级医院由于全科医学师资力量不同,所提供的全科医学教学质量标准和水平也不同,通过规范化、体系化的质量控制,能够保证全科医学教学质量,提升全科医学人才培养水平。在全科医学师资建设的具体实践中从根本上完善扶持全科医学发展的政策体系,优化全科医学师资纳入、考核和评价体系,加大对全科医疗科研的重视,打造一支以学生为中心的和创新课堂模式的高标准、高质量、高科研素养的教学团队,形成相对规范化、科学化的教学流程,通过优质的教学体验,助力全科医学发展。 The training of general practitioners involves many factors.The construction of general practitioners’teaching staff is an important factor affecting the training of general practitioners,and also the only way to achieve the quality of basic medical and health services.Hospitals at all levels provide different quality standards and levels of general practice teaching due to different general practice teachers.Through standardized and systematic quality control,it can ensure the quality of general practice teaching and improve the level of general practice personnel training.In the specific practice of the construction of general practice medical teachers,we should fundamentally improve the policy system to support the development of general practice medicine,optimize the inclusion,assessment and evaluation system of general practice medical teachers,pay more attention to general practice medical research,build a studentcentered and innovative classroom model of high standard,high quality and high quality teaching team,and form a relatively standardized and scientific teaching team Through high quality teaching experience,we can help the development of general practice.
