全面腹部超声对急腹症的诊断价值

Diagnostic Value of Comprehensive Abdominal Ultrasound for Acute Abdomen

目的分析全面腹部超声检查对急腹症的诊断价值。方法选取2017年1月—2018年12月期间于本院被确诊为急腹症的80例患者作为本次的研究对象,以检查方法的不同作为分组依据,将其分为采取选择性腹部超声检查的对照组、采取全面腹部超声检查的研究组,每组40例。以手术或病理结果作为金标准,比较两组的诊断结果以及超声检查时间和诊断时间。结果研究组超声检查时间比对照组长,但诊断时间比对照组短,并且其诊断准确率为97.50%,比对照组的72.50%高,差异均存在统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论全面腹部超声检查对急腹症有较高的诊断准确率,虽然检查耗时较长,但可缩短诊断时间,临床价值很高。

Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of comprehensive abdominal ultrasound examination for acute abdomen.Methods 80 patients diagnosed with acute abdomen from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected.The differences in the examination methods were used as the group basis and were divided into routine abdominal ultrasound.The control group and the study group who underwent comprehensive abdominal ultrasound examination were enrolled in each group of 40 patients.The results of operation or pathology were used as the gold standard to compare the diagnosis results,the time of ultrasonography and the time of diagnosis between the two groups.Results The ultrasound examination time of the study group was longer than the control group,but the diagnosis time was shorter than the control group,and the diagnostic accuracy was 97.50%,higher than that of the control group(72.50%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive abdominal ultrasound examination has a high diagnostic accuracy for acute abdomen.Although the examination takes a long time,it can shorten the diagnosis time and has high clinical value.
