摘要
目的分析输尿管软镜在上尿路结石治疗中的应用价值。方法选取在本院接受治疗的上尿路结石患者68例,选取时间为2017年10月—2019年1月,将所有上尿路结石患者进行随机分组,分别为对照组和观察组,每组34例患者,对照组患者接受经皮肾镜取石术治疗,观察组患者接受输尿管软镜下钬激光碎石术治疗。结果与对照组比较,观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间均处于优势,差异有统计学意义P <0.05。与对照组患者并发症发生率与观察组比较均较低,差异有统计学意义,P <0.05。结论上尿路结石患者接受输尿管软镜下钬激光碎石术治疗,可以减少并发症的出现,促进患者的康复。
Objective To analyze the application value of flexible ureteroscope in the treatment of upper urinary calculi.Methods 68 patients with upper urinary tract stones were selected in our hospital from October 2017 to January 2019.All patients with upper urinary tract stones were randomly divided into control group and observation group,34 patients in each group.The control group received percutaneous nephrolithotomy,while the observation group received soft ureter.Endoscopic holmium laser lithotripsy.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had advantages in operation time,intraoperative blood loss and hospitalization time,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion Holmium laser lithotripsy under flexible ureteroscope can reduce the occurrence of complications and promote the recovery of patients.
