益生菌联合蓝光治疗高胆红素血症的疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的对新生儿高胆红素血症(NHB)应用益生菌联合蓝光治疗的免疫功能及其疗效进行观察研究。方法研究对象选择于2018年1月—2019年2月在本院治疗的高胆红素血症患儿98例,并依据随机数字表法进行试验组与对照组组别划分,49例患儿纳入试验组,并采用益生菌联合蓝光治疗,其余49例患者归纳至对照组,采用蓝光治疗。对不同组别患儿疗效、不良反应以及患儿免疫指标(T细胞亚群、免疫球蛋白M、免疫球蛋白G)水平进行比对分析。结果对照组患儿实施益生菌联合蓝光治疗后,治疗效果试验组明显优越于对照组,P <0.05;不同组别患儿治疗后免疫指标比对,试验组指标水平更高,P <0.05;不同组别患儿治疗后,试验组不良反应产生更低,P <0.05。结论针对高胆红素血症患儿实施益生菌联合蓝光治疗,其治疗效果更高,并且患者免疫功能得到提升,加快患儿康复。 Objective To observe the immune function and curative effect of probiotics combined with blue light in neonatal hyperbilirubinemia(NHB).Methods 98 children with hyperbilirubinemia treated in our hospital from January 2018 to February 2019 were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method.49 children were included in the experimental group and were treated with probiotics combined with blue light.The remaining 49 patients were summarized into control group and treated with blue light.Treatment.The curative effect,adverse reactions and immune indexes(T cell subsets,immunoglobulin M,immunoglobulin G)levels of children in different groups were compared and analyzed.Results After the treatment of probiotics combined with blue light,the therapeutic effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the immune indexes of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the adverse reactions of the experimental group were lower after the treatment of different groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Probiotics combined with blue light therapy for children with hyperbilirubinemia has a higher therapeutic effect,and the immune function of the patients has been improved,and the rehabilitation of the children has been accelerated.
