阿立哌唑、艾司西酞普兰对精神分裂症阴性症状的效果

Effect of Aripiprazole and Escitalopram on Negative Symptoms of Schizophrenia

目的探讨阿立哌唑联合草酸艾司西酞普兰治疗精神分裂症阴性症状的效果和安全性。方法本院100例2017年7月—2018年6月精神分裂症阴性症状患者。随机分组,对照组采取阿立哌唑治疗,观察组给予阿立哌唑联合草酸艾司西酞普兰治疗。比较效果。结果观察组疗效高于对照组,P <0.05;两组的不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义,P> 0.05。治疗前对照组、观察组阴性因子估值、PANSS量表总估值、认知状况MMSE估值相近,P> 0.05;治疗后观察组阴性因子估值、PANSS量表总估值、认知状况MMSE估值优于对照组,P<0.05。结论阿立哌唑联合草酸艾司西酞普兰治疗精神分裂症阴性症状的效果好,能显著促进患者精神症状尤其是阴性症状和认知改善,且没有增加不良反应,具有良好的安全性。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of aripiprazole combined with esitalopram oxalate in the treatment of negative symptoms of schizophrenia.Methods 100 patients with negative symptoms of schizophrenia in our hospital from July 2017 to June 2018.The patients were randomly divided into two groups:the control group was treated with aripiprazole and the observation group was treated with aripiprazole combined with esitalopram oxalate.The results were compared.Results The curative effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05,but there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,the values of negative factors,total PANSS scale and MMSE of cognitive status in the control group and the observation group were similar(P>0.05),but after treatment,the negative factor estimation,the total PANSS scale valuation and the cognitive status MMSE valuation in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Aripiprazole combined with escitalopram oxalate is effective in the treatment of negative symptoms of schizophrenia,which can significantly promote the improvement of mental symptoms,especially negative symptoms and cognition,without increasing adverse reactions,and has good safety.
