言语训练加针灸对卒中失语症的治疗观察

Study on the Effect of Speech Training Combined With Scalp Acupuncture in the Treatment of Apoplectic Aphasia

目的探讨言语训练结合头皮针灸治疗卒中失语症效果研究。方法在2018年6月—2019年6月期间本院所收治的卒中失语症患者(n=80),采用数字随机表法将其分为实验1组和实验2组,每组40例。实验1组的患者给予言语训练治疗,实验2组患者采取言语训练结合头皮针灸治疗,对两组患者治疗前后各项语言水平评分进行比较。结果治疗1个月、3个月以及9个月后两组患者均有不同程度的改善,但是实验2组的患者各项语言水平改善能力均优于实验1组,P <0.05。结论对卒中失语症患者采取言语训练结合头皮针灸治疗效果更显著,有助于改善患者各项语言能力。

Objective To explore the effect of speech training combined with scalp acupuncture on stroke aphasia.Methods From June 2018 to June 2019,patients with stroke aphasia(n=80)were divided into experimental group 1 and experimental group 2 with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the first group were given speech training,while the patients in the second group were given speech training combined with scalp acupuncture.The scores of each language level before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 month,3 months and 9 months of treatment,the two groups of patients improved in varying degrees,but the improvement ability of each language level in the experimental group 2 was better than that in the experimental group 1,P<0.05.Conclusion The use of speech training combined with scalp acupuncture treatment for patients with stroke aphasia is more effective,which helps to improve the language ability of patients.
