肺康复在慢性阻塞性肺疾病中的应用

目的探究肺康复治疗在慢性阻塞性肺疾病中的应用效果。方法选取本院2019年5月—2019年10月期间收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者60例作为研究对象,并将其随机分至两组,研究组患者实施肺康复治疗,对照组患者实施常规治疗,治疗结束后对两组患者治疗前后的肺功能指标和治疗满意度情况进行调查。结果治疗前两组患者FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC及6分钟步行距离等肺功能指标差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后两组患者各项肺功能指标均有变化,但研究组患者各项肺功能指标均得到显著改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者非常满意率(63.33%)和总满意率(96.67%)显著高于对照组患者非常满意率(40.00%)和总满意率(80.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论将肺康复应用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床治疗当中,可有效改善患者的肺功能,效果显著。

Objective Explore the application of pulmonary rehabilitation in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods 60 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to October 2019 were selected as the main subjects of this study,and were randomly assigned to two groups.The study group was treated with pulmonary rehabilitation and the control group.The patients underwent routine treatment,and the lung function indexes and treatment satisfaction of the two groups before and after treatment were investigated after the treatment.Results There were no significant differences in lung function indexes between the two groups before treatment,such as FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC and 6-minute walking distance.The data showed no significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the lung function of the two groups of patients There were changes in the indicators,but the lung function indexes of the study group were significantly improved.The data were statistically significant(P<0.05).The patients in the study group were very satisfied(63.33%)and the total satisfaction rate(96.67%).The patients were significantly more satisfied(40.00%)and overall satisfaction rate(80.00%)than the control group,and the data were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of pulmonary rehabilitation in the clinical treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can effectively improve the lung function of patients,and the effect is remarkable and worth promoting.
