糖尿病周围神经病变患者焦虑抑郁状态的分析

Analysis of Anxiety and Depression in Patients with Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的分析糖尿病周围神经病变患者出现焦虑抑郁状态。方法回顾分析2018年1月~2019年12月在我院诊治的80例糖尿病周围神经病变患者临床资料,依据糖尿病周围神经病变临床病程分为A组32例(5年以内)、B组28例(5~10年)、C组20例(10年以上),采用HAMA量表及SDS量表评估患者焦虑、抑郁情况。比较三组焦虑和抑郁发生率、严重程度分布情况及焦虑和抑郁评分。结果A组焦虑、抑郁发生率均低于B组和C组,且B组低于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组焦虑和抑郁正常、轻度状态分布率均高于B组和C组,中度分布率低于B组和C组,且C组焦虑和抑郁正常、轻度状态分布率低于B组,中度分布率高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于B组和C组,且B组低于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论焦虑、抑郁状态是糖尿病周围神经病变的主要心理病理学特征,糖尿病周围神经病变病程越长,焦虑和抑郁发生率和评分越高,且程度越严重,值得临床重视。

Objective To analyze the state of anxiety and depression in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the clinical course of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,they were divided into 32 cases in group A(within 5 years)and 28 cases in group B(5 to 10 years),20 patients in group C(more than 10 years),using the HAMA scale and SDS scale to assess the anxiety and depression of patients.Compare the anxiety and depression incidence,severity distribution and anxiety and depression scores of the three groups.Results The incidence of anxiety and depression in group A were lower than those in groups B and C,and group B was lower than group C,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The distribution rate of normal and mild state of anxiety and depression in group A was higher than that of groups B and C,the moderate distribution rate was lower than that of groups B and C,and the distribution rate of normal anxiety and depression in group C was lower than that of group B,the moderate distribution rate is higher than that of group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The anxiety and depression scores of group A were lower than those of group B and group C,and group B was lower than group C,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Anxiety and depression are the main psychopathological features of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.The longer the course of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,the higher the incidence and score of anxiety and depression,and the more serious it is,which deserves clinical attention.
