帕罗西汀联合小剂量阿米替林治疗抑郁性睡眠障碍的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Paroxetine Combined with Low Dose Amitriptyline in the Treatment of Depressive Sleep Disorde

目的:探究抑郁性睡眠障碍(DSD)患者应用帕罗西汀联合小剂量阿米替林治疗的治疗效果以及用药安全性。方法:选取2017年6月至2019年6月青岛市精神卫生中心收治的DSD患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组与观察组,每组50例,对照组用帕罗西汀治疗,观察组采用帕罗西汀+小剂量阿米替林治疗,比较2组患者疗效与不良反应发生率。结果:观察组睡眠良好率(84. 00%)高于对照组(66. 00%),差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);2组患者抑郁总有效率、不良反应率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。结论:DSD患者应用帕罗西汀联合小剂量阿米替林治疗可明显改善患者的睡眠障碍,其不良反应较小,不影响治疗,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect sparoxatin treatment with paroxetine combined with small doses of amitin and the safety of medication in patients with depressive sleep disorder(DSD).Methods:A total of 100 patients with DSD from June 2017 to June 2019 were randomly divided into 50 cases in the control group(paroxetine)and the observation group(Paroxetine and small dose of aminetrilin),comparing the incidence of efficacy and adverse reactions in both groups.Results:The observed group had a better sleep rate(84.00%)than the control group(66.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of DSD patients with paroxetine combined with small dose amoemine can obviously improve the sleep disorder in the patient,the adverse reaction is small,does not affect the treatment,is worth promoting.
