针灸与穴位埋线从心肾论治颈椎病颈痛并失眠疗效观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Acupuncture and Acupoint Catgut Embedding on Cervical Spondylopathy and Insomnia

目的:观察临床治疗采用心肾论治以针灸与穴位埋线实施于颈椎病颈痛并失眠患者的效果。方法:选取2017年6月至2019年6月蚌埠市第一人民医院康复医学科收治的颈椎病颈痛并失眠患者96例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组48例。对照组给予常规针灸治疗,观察组给予心肾论治,2疗程治疗后进行对照观察。结果:观察组失眠治疗效果优于对照组,2组总治愈率分别为56. 25%、25%。观察组颈椎病颈痛治疗效果优于对照组,2组总治愈率分别为72. 92%、29. 17%。与对照组相比观察组患者睡眠质量、睡眠效率更佳,睡眠障碍更少,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:针灸与穴位埋线采用心肾论治方案能够同时治疗患者颈椎病颈痛与失眠病症,总体效果优于常规治疗方法,具有临床应用价值。

Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture and acupoint catgut embedding in patients with cervical pain and insomnia.Methods:A total of 96 patients with cervical pain and insomnia admitted in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected and divided into observation group and control group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion,while the observation group was treated with cardiorenal therapy.Results:The effect of insomnia treatment in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the total cure rate of the two groups were 56.25%and 25%respectively.The effect of cervical pain treatment was better than that of control group.The total cure rate of the two groups were 72.92%and 29.17%.Compared with the control group,the sleep quality,the sleep efficiency and the sleep disorder were significantly higher in the group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of cervical pain and insomnia in patients with cervical spondylosis can be treated by acupuncture and acupoint catgut implantation,and the overall effect is superior to that of routine treatment.
