摘要
目的:分析探讨老年脑卒中患者中护理干预改善睡眠的效果。方法:选取2016-2018年长春中医药大学附属医院收治的老年脑卒中患者40例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组20例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组患者在对照组的基础上实施护理干预,观察2组患者的护理干预效果。结果:2组患者在接受护理后均取得一定效果,但观察组患者的效果明显大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:在老年脑卒中患者的治疗中利用护理干预,能够有效的改善患者的睡眠质量,临床护理效果显著。有较高的应用价值,值得推广。
Objective:To analyze and discuss the effect of nursing intervention to improve sleep in senile stroke patients.Methods:A total of 40 elderly stroke patients admitted and treated in our hospital from 2016 to 2018 were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 20 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the patients in the observation group were given nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The effect of nursing intervention was observed.Results:Both groups of patients after receiving nursing care achieved a certain effect,but the observation group of patients significantly greater than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of nursing intervention in the treatment of senile stroke patients can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients,clinical nursing effect is significant.It has high application value and is worth popularizing.
