小儿推拿对心经积热型婴幼儿睡眠障碍预后影响分析

Effect of Pediatric Massage on the Prognosis of Sleep Disorder in Infants with Cardiac Feve

目的:探讨小儿推拿对心经积热型婴幼儿睡眠障碍预后的影响。方法:选取2017年1月至2019年6月武威市妇幼保健计划生育服务中心收治的心经积热型婴幼儿睡眠障碍患儿120例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例,对照组采用中药方剂口服治疗,观察组实施小儿推拿治疗,比较临床疗效、睡眠障碍评分。结果:临床总有效率观察组为96. 67%,与对照组85. 00%比较更高(P <0. 05)。治疗后,观察组的入睡困难、夜间睡眠时间、夜醒次数等评分与对照组比较均更低(P均<0. 05)。结论:小儿推拿可提高心经积热型婴幼儿睡眠障碍的临床疗效,提高睡眠质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of massage on the prognosis of sleep disorders in children with heat accumulation of heart meridian.Methods:From January 2017 to June 2019,120 cases of children with sleep disorder of heart meridians accumulation type in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups.The control group was treated by oral Chinese medicine prescription,and the observation group was treated by massage for children.The clinical effect and sleep disorder score were compared.Results:The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,higher than 85.00%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of difficulty in falling asleep,time of sleeping at night and times of waking at night in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,all(P<0.05).Conclusion:Infantile massage can improve the clinical effect and sleep quality of sleep disorders in infants with heat accumulation of heart meridian.
