护理干预对ICU重症急性胰腺炎患者临床价值分析及睡眠影响研究

Clinical Effects and Influences of Nursing Intervention in ICU Patients with Severe Acute Pancreatitis

目的:探究护理干预对ICU重症胰腺炎患者临床价值分析及睡眠质量影响分析。方法:将2018年6月至2020年1月福建省立医院收治的重症胰腺炎患者78例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组39例,对照组应用常规护理措施,观察组应用护理干预措施。比较2组患者治疗依从率、生命质量评分及睡眠质量评分情况。结果:观察组治疗依从率为94.87%,对照组的治疗依从率为71.79%,2组治疗依从率比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组干预后PSQI评分(9.71±1.22)低于对照组(14.32±1.14),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组生命质量评分(74.38±2.18)高于对照组(66.41±2.34),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:对ICU重症胰腺炎患者开展护理干预措施可有效提高患者治疗依从率,提高患者生活及睡眠质量,具有良好可行性,效果显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical value of nursing intervention in ICU patients with severe pancreatitis and the impact of sleep quality.Methods:From June 2018 to January 2020,78 patients with severe pancreatitis admitted to Fujian Provincial Hospital were randomly divided into a reference group(39 cases with routine nursing measures)and an study group(39 cases with nursing intervention measures).The treatment compliance rate,quality of life score and sleep quality score of the two groups were compared.Results:The compliance rate of the study group(94.87%)was higher than that of the control group(71.79%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the sleep quality score(9.71±1.22)in the study group was lower than that in the control group(14.32±1.14),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The quality of life score(74.38±2.18)was higher than that of the control group(66.41±2.34),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention measures for ICU patients with severe pancreatitis can effectively improve the treatment compliance rate,the quality of life and sleep of patients,with good feasibility and significant effect.
