分析优质护理联合用药治疗对抑郁症患者的临床效果影响

To Analyze the Clinical Effect of Hhigh Quality Nursing Combined with Medication on Patients with Depression

目的:探究优质护理联合用药治疗对抑郁症患者的临床作用效果。方法:选取2018年1月至2018年12月珠海市慢性病防治中心收治的抑郁症患者104例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组52例。2组患者在用药治疗的基础上,观察组给与优质护理干预,对照组给与常规护理干预,对此2组患者治疗疗效。结果:观察组患者护理满意程度为96. 15%、服药依从率为98. 08%,护理干预后HAMD总分为(14. 21±3. 11);对照组患者护理满意程度为76. 92%、服药依从率为84. 62%,护理干预后HAMD总分为(15. 95±3. 52)。结论:优质护理联合用药治疗可更好的提升抑郁症患者治疗效果,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of high quality nursing combined with medication on patients with depression.Methods:A total of 104 patients with depression admitted to the zhuhai chronic disease prevention and treatment center from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 52 cases in each group.On the basis of medication treatment,the observation group was given quality nursing intervention,and the control group was given routine nursing intervention.Results:the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.15%,the medication compliance rate was 98.08%,and the total HAMD score after nursing intervention was(14.21±3.11).In the control group,the nursing satisfaction was 76.92%,the medication compliance rate was 84.62%,and the total HAMD score after nursing intervention was(15.95±3.52).Conclusion:the combination of high quality nursing and medication can improve the treatment effect of depression patients,which has certain clinical application value.
