综合性护理对慢性粒细胞白血病患者睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on Sleep Quality in Patients with Chronic Myeloid Leukemia

目的:探究综合性护理是否有助于提高慢性粒细胞白血病患者睡眠质量。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年5月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九〇九医院收治的慢性粒细胞白血病患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例,对照组给予基础干预及基本护理,观察组给予基本干预与综合性护理,比较2组患者护理效果和睡眠质量的差异。结果:观察组进行综合性护理干预后,观察组患者睡眠质量明显改善,与对照组比较(P <0. 05)。结论:提供有效的综合性护理能够明显改善慢性粒细胞白血病患者的睡眠质量,提高患者的生命质量从而帮助患者积极接受临床治疗。

Objective:To explore whether comprehensive nursing can improve the quality of sleep in patients with chronic myeloid leukemia.Methods:From January 2018 to May 2019,80 patients with chronic myelogenous leukemia were selected as the subjects.According to the method of random digital table,it was randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group,the control group was given basic intervention and basic nursing,the observation group was given basic intervention and comprehensive nursing,and the difference of nursing effect and sleep quality between the two groups was compared.Results:After comprehensive nursing intervention in the observation group,the sleep quality of the patients in the observation group was significantly improved,compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Providing effective comprehensive care can significantly improve the quality of sleep in patients with chronic myeloid leukemia,improve the quality of life of patients and improve patient compliance.
