血清IL-17、IL-23水平与溃疡性结肠炎患者Hp感染的相关性

Correlation between serum IL-17 and IL-23 levels with Hp infection in patients with ulcerative colitis

目的探讨血清白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、白细胞介素-23(IL-23)与溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染的相关性。方法选取2017年6月至2019年4月该院消化内科收治的102例UC患者作为UC组,根据是否合并Hp感染分为Hp阳性组(47例)和Hp阴性组(55例)。选取同期该院收治的有消化道症状但经肠镜检查无异常的对照者80例作为对照组。比较各组血清IL-17、IL-23水平及Hp感染情况,并进行Spearman相关分析和多因素Logistic回归分析。结果相对于对照组,UC组血清IL-17、IL-23水平更高(P<0.05),Hp阳性率更低(P<0.05)。相对于Hp阴性的UC患者,Hp阳性的UC患者血清IL-17、IL-23水平更低(P<0.05)。经Spearman相关分析,UC患者IL-17、IL-23水平与Hp感染均呈负相关(P<0.05)。经多因素Logistic回归分析,IL-17、IL-23是UC患者发生Hp感染的独立影响因素。结论Hp感染可能对UC患者具有一定保护作用,且合并Hp感染UC患者的血清IL-17、IL-23水平更低。

Objective To investigate the correlation between serum IL-17(IL-17)and IL-23(IL-23)with Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection in the patients with ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods One hundred and two patients with UC in the gastroenterology department of this hospital from June 2017 to April 2019 were selected as the UC group and divided into the Hp positive group(n=47)and Hp negative group(n=55)according to whether complicating Hp infection.Contemporaneous 80 contral with digestive tract symptoms but no abnormality by colonoscopic examination were selected as the control group.The serum IL-17 and IL-23 levels and Hp infection were compared among the groups,and the Spearman correlation analysis and Logistic multiple regression analysis were performed.Results Compared with the control group,the levels of serum IL-17,IL-23 in the UC group were much higher and the Hp positive rate was much lower(P<0.05).Compared with the UC patients with Hp negative,the serum IL-17 and IL-23 levels in the UC patients with Hp positive were much lower(P<0.05).The Spearman correlation analysis showed that the IL-17 and IL-23 levels in the UC patients were negatively correlated with the Hp infection(P<0.05).The Logistic multiple factors regression analysis showed that IL-17 and IL-23 were the independent influencing factors for Hp infection occurrence in the UC patients.Conclusion Hp infection may have a certain protective effect on the UC patients,and the serum IL-17 and IL-23 levels in the UC patients complicating Hp infection are lower.
