摘要 目的探讨血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、瘦素(LEP)、β-羟基丁酸(β-OHB)联合检测对儿童糖尿病酮症酸中毒的诊断价值。方法选择2010年5月至2018年5月该院收治的糖尿病酮症酸中毒患儿70例为酮症酸中毒组;选择糖尿病患儿70例为糖尿病组;选择健康体检儿童70例为对照组。检测3组研究对象血清NSE、LEP、β-OHB水平。采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析NSE、LEP、β-OHB检测在儿童糖尿病酮症酸中的诊断价值。结果糖尿病酮症酸中毒患儿血清NSE、β-OHB水平高于糖尿病患儿和健康体检儿童(P<0.05),LEP水平低于糖尿病患儿和健康体检儿童(P<0.05)。3项指标联合检测诊断儿童糖尿病酮症酸中毒的灵敏度为92.85%,特异度为93.57%。结论血清NSE、LEP、β-OHB联合检测可为儿童糖尿病酮症酸中毒的诊断提供重要依据。 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of the combined detection of serum neuron specific enolase(NSE),leptin(LEP)and beta-hydroxybutyric acid(β-OHB)in child diabetic ketoacidosis.Methods Seventy children patients with diabetic ketoacidosis admitted to this hospital from May 2010 to May 2018 were selected as the ketoacidosis group;seventy children with diabetes served as the diabetes group;seventy healthy children undergoing physical examination served as the control group.The levels of serum NSE,LEP and β-OHB were detected in the three groups.The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was adopted to analyze the diagnostic values of NSE,LEP,and β-OHB in child diabetic ketoacidosis.Results The levels of serum NSE and β-OHB in the ketoacidosis children patients were higher than those in the diabetes children patients and healthy physicals examination children(P<0.05).The serum LEP level in the ketoacidosis children patients was lower than that in the diabetes children patients and healthy physical examination children(P<0.05).The sensitivity of combined detection of serum NSE,LEP and β-OHB in diagnosing child diabetic ketoacidosis was 92.85%,and the specificity was 93.57%.Conclusion The combined detection of serum NSE,LEP and β-OHB can provide the important basis for diagnosing child diabetic ketoacidosis.
