Exploration of the Cultivation of Students’ Accomplishment of Responsibility

责任担当素养是德育在中国学生发展核心素养中的体现,是学生自主性与社会性的统一,具有知识、技能与态度相结合的特点。学校将核心素养的培养化整为零,落实到单个素养上,形成以家庭教育为基础、学校教育为中心、社会教育为检验的培养途径,有助于学生理解道德知识,内化责任与担当内涵,并最大效率地转化为实践。

The quality of responsibility is the embodiment of moral education in the core quality of Chinese students’development,the unity of students’autonomy and sociality,and the combination of knowledge,skills and attitude.The school divides the cultivation of core literacy into parts and implements it on a single literacy.It forms a cultivation approach based on family education,school education as the center and social education as the test.It helps students understand moral knowledge,internalize the connotation of responsibility and responsibility,and turn it into practice with maximum efficiency.
