河北省高职院校产教融合育人模式研究

Research on the Mode of Production Education Integration in Higher Vocational Colleges of Hebei Province

高职院校的专业设置,要与区域经济发展保持较好的融合程度。研究2014-2018年河北省高职院校专业设置和产业发展的相关数据发现,专业设置存在"第一、二产业不足,第三产业过剩"的失衡问题。建议建立人才需求调研机制,完善专业设置调整机制;构建共同治理模式,推进产教融合;建立专业诊改机制,提升专业建设质量。

The specialty setting of higher vocational colleges should keep a good degree of integration with regional economic development.Based on the data of specialty setting and industrial development of Higher Vocational Colleges in Hebei Province from 2014 to 2018,it is found that there is an imbalance problem of"insufficient primary and secondary industries,and excess of tertiary industries"in specialty settings.It is suggested that we should establish a talent demand investigation mechanism,improve the adjustment mechanism of specialty setting,build a common governance model to promote the integration of production and education,and establish a professional diagnosis and reform mechanism to improve the quality of specialty construction.
