The theoretical calculation formula of clean room is complex,there are many parameters,and it is easy to be confused.In order to straighten out the relationship of each parameter and clearly understand the influence of each parameter on clean air volume,this paper disassembles,analyzes and simplifies the complex formula through specific examples.It is convenient for engineers to better understand the relevant parameters from the design point of view,lay the theoretical foundation and enhance the technical strength.
