摘要
近年来,装配式建筑以其节能环保、施工周期短、节省人工等突出优点在建筑工程中得到广泛应用,但因装配式建筑在施工过程中有一定的技术难度,而在投入使用后缺乏维护和监管的措施,使得装配式建筑在其全寿命周期内缺乏有力的保障。文章将物联网技术与装配式建筑有机融合,提出了实现装配式建筑质量安全监督的物联网平台的整体构架和具体的实施方法,为装配式建筑的持续健康发展提供了科学有效的技术参考。
In recent years,assembly building has been widely used in construction engineering because of its outstanding advantages such as energy saving,environmental protection,short construction period and labor saving.However,due to the technical difficulties in the construction process of assembly building,and the lack of maintenance and supervision measures after putting into use,assembly building lacks a strong guarantee in its life cycle.In this paper,the Internet of things technology and assembly building are organically integrated,and the overall framework and specific implementation methods of the Internet of things platform to achieve the quality and safety supervision of assembly building are proposed,which provides a scientific and effective technical reference for the sustainable and healthy development of assembly building.
