摘要
地层出砂是油田开发过程中经常会遇到的问题,对油井正常生产甚至地面管线会造成严重的危害。文章将从微观和宏观方面,将地层出砂分为游离砂析出、弱胶结砂岩层出砂、砂岩骨架破碎出砂三种类型,开展了剪切破坏和拉伸破坏等力学分析,并分地质和开发两个方面共9个主要影响因素进行分析。建立了一种新的以定性分析和定量预测相结合的出砂预测方法,该方法可操作性强,对油井完井和采取防砂措施具有重要意义。运用该方法对西非新发现的K断块K-1井进行了地层出砂分析和预测,该井3个油层严重出砂、1个油层轻微出砂,在生产中应该采取适当的防砂措施。
Sand production is a common problem in the process of oilfield development,which will cause serious harm to the normal production of oil wells and even the surface pipelines.In this paper,from the micro and macro aspects,the formation sand production is divided into three types:free sand precipitation,sand production of weakly cemented sandstone and sand production by broken skeleton.The mechanical analysis of shear failure and tensile failure is carried out,and it is divided into nine main factors analysis of geology and development.A new method of sand production prediction based on the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative prediction is established.The method has strong operability and is of great significance for well completion and sand control measures.This method is used to analyze and predict the formation sand production of well K-1 of a newly discovered K fault block in West Africa.Three oil layers in this well are seriously sand production and one oil layer is slightly sand production,so appropriate sand control measures should be taken in production.
