小剂量胺碘酮联合酒石酸美托洛尔治疗慢性心功能不全并室性心律失常的临床效果

Clinical effect of low-dose amiodarone combined with metoprolol tartrate in the treatment of chronic cardiac insufficiency and ventricular arrhythmia

目的分析小剂量胺碘酮联合酒石酸美托洛尔治疗慢性心功能不全并室性心律失常的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的88例慢性心功能不全并室性心律失常患者作为研究对象,采用随机摸球法将其分为对照组(44例,小剂量胺碘酮)和观察组(44例,小剂量胺碘酮+酒石酸美托洛尔)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的LVEF、LVEDV、LVESV均优于治疗前,且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小剂量胺碘酮联合酒石酸美托洛尔治疗慢性心功能不全并室性心律失常的临床效果显著。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of low-dose amiodarone combined with metoprolol tartrate in the treatment of chronic cardiac insufficiency and ventricular arrhythmia.Methods A total of 88 patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency and ventricular arrhythmia in our hospital were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group(44 cases,low-dose amiodarone)and observation group(44 cases,low-dose amiodarone+metoprolol tartrate)according to random ball touch method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,LVEF,LVEDV and LVESV in the two groups were better than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Low-dose amiodarone combined with metoprolol tartrate in the treatment of chronic cardiac insufficiency and ventricular arrhythmia has a significant clinical effect.
