摘要
目的探究持续或间断吸入沙美特罗替卡松对支气管哮喘患儿生长激素(GH)、胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)水平的影响。方法将2017年1月至2019年1月收治的100例支气管哮喘患儿根据治疗方法的不同分为试验组和对照组,各50例。试验组采用持续吸入沙美特罗替卡松治疗,对照组采用间断吸入沙美特罗替卡松治疗。比较两组患儿治疗前、后的症状积分、GH、IGF-1、肺功能指标水平、身高及BMI。结果治疗后,两组患儿的症状积分均低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前、后,两组患儿的GH、IGF-1水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿的PEF、FEV1均高于治疗前,且试验组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组身高均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组BMI比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论相较于间断吸入沙美特罗替卡松,支气管哮喘患儿接受持续沙美特罗替卡松吸入治疗,能够更好地改善其疾病症状,提高肺功能指标水平,且不会对患儿的正常生长发育造成影响,安全有效,值得临床应用。
Objective To investigate the influences of continuous or intermittent inhalation of salmeterol and fluticasone on the levels of growth hormone(GH),insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)in children with bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 100 children with bronchial asthma admitted from January 2017 to January 2019 were devided into experimental group and control group according to different treatment methods,with 50 cases in each group.The experimental group received continuous inhalation of salmeterol and fluticasone treatment,the control group received intermittent inhalation of salmeterol and fluticasone treatment.The symptoms scores,the levels of GH,IGF-1 and lung function indexes,height,BMI before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,symptom scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those of the experimental group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before and after treatment,there were no significant differences in GH and IGF-1 levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,PEF and FEV1 in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the experimental group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the height of both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in BMI between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with intermittent inhalation of salmeterol and fluticasone,children with bronchial asthma received continuous inhalation of salmeterol and fluticasone can better improve the symptoms of the disease and the level of lung function indexes,without affecting the normal growth and development of the children,it is safe,effective and worthy of clinical application.
