摘要
目的探究不同剂量丙种球蛋白联合阿司匹林治疗川崎病的效果及对患儿血清炎性因子水平的影响。方法选取我院2015年1月至2018年12月收治的120例川崎病患儿为研究对象,随机将其分为低剂量组和高剂量组,每组60例。低剂量组给予1 g/(kg·d)丙种球蛋白+阿司匹林,高剂量组给予2 g/(kg·d)丙种球蛋白+阿司匹林。比较两组的临床疗效、临床症状改善时间、住院时间、血清炎性因子水平。结果高剂量组的治疗总有效率高于低剂量组(P<0.05)。高剂量组的退热时间、黏膜充血消失时间及住院时间均短于低剂量组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平均降低,且高剂量组低于低剂量组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组IL-4、IL-10、IL-37水平均降低,APN水平均升高,且高剂量组优于低剂量组(P<0.05)。结论2 g/(kg·d)丙种球蛋白联合阿司匹林治疗川崎病患儿的效果更佳,可更快减轻临床症状,缩短住院时间,调整炎症因子水平。
Objective To explore the effect of different doses of gamma globulin combined with aspirin on Kawasaki disease and its influence on the levels of serum inflammatory factors in children.Methods One hundred and twenty children with Kawasaki disease admitted in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2018 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into low-dose group and high-dose group,with 60 cases in each group.The low-dose group was given 1 g/(kg·d)gamma globulin+aspirin,while the high-dose group was given 2 g/(kg·d)gamma globulin+aspirin.The clinical efficacy,improvement time of clinical symptoms,hospitalization time and levels of serum inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the high-dose group was higher than that in the low-dose group(P<0.05).The antipyretic time,disappearance time of mucosal congestion and hospitalization time of the high-dose group were shorter than those of the low-dose group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-1β,IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αin both groups decreased,and those in the high-dose group were lower than the low-dose group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-4,IL-10 and IL-37 in the two groups decreased,and the APN level increased,and those in the high-dose group were better than the low-dose group(P<0.05).Conclusion The 2 g/(kg·d)gamma globulin combined with aspirin on children with Kawasaki disease can achieve better effect,reduce clinical symptoms faster,shorten hospital stay,and adjust the levels of inflammatory factors.
