滋肾益气方治疗气阴两虚型孕前糖尿病的临床效果

Clinical effect of Zishen Yiqi recipe on pre-pregnancy diabetes mellitus with deficiency of both Qi and Yin

目的观察滋肾益气方治疗气阴两虚型孕前糖尿病的临床疗效。方法选取在本院就诊的56例气阴两虚型孕前糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按就诊顺序将其分为对照组(n=28,常规治疗)和观察组(n=28,常规治疗联合滋肾益气方)。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗6周后及停药2周后,两组患者的血糖、血脂指标水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良妊娠结局总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论滋肾益气方可有效地调节气阴两虚型孕前糖尿病患者的血糖、血脂水平,降低不良妊娠结局的发生率,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Zishen Yiqi recipe on pre-pregnancy diabetes mellitus of deficiency of both Qi and Yin.Methods A total of 56 pre-pregnancy diabetes mellitus patients with deficiency of both Qi and Yin treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into control group(n=28,routine treatment)and observation group(n=28,routine treatment and Zishen Yiqi recipe)according to the order of treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 6 weeks of treatment and 2 weeks of drug withdrawal,the levels of blood glucose and blood lipid indexes of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zishen Yiqi recipe can effectively regulate blood and glucose blood fat levels of pre-pregnancy diabetes mellitus patients with deficiency of both Qi and Yin,and reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes,which is worthy of promotion.
