无缝隙护理在布地奈德雾化吸入治疗慢阻肺中的应用效果及对患者不良反应的影响

Application effect of seamless nursing in the treatment of COPD by budesonide atomization inhalation and its influence on adverse reactions of patients

目的探讨无缝隙护理在布地奈德雾化吸入治疗慢阻肺中的应用效果及对患者不良反应的影响。方法将于我院进行布地奈德雾化吸入治疗的慢阻肺患者84例随机分为对照组和研究组,各42例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用无缝隙护理。比较两组护理效果。结果研究组咳嗽、喘憋及啰音时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组SDS、SAS评分及不良反应总发生率均低于对照组,健康知识了解度及治疗依从性均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德雾化吸入治疗慢阻肺中应用无缝隙护理效果理想,可有效促进患者不良症状改善,减轻多种不良情绪的影响,增强患者对治疗的配合度。

Objective To explore the application effcet of seamless nursing in the treatment of COPD by budesonide atomization inhalation and its influence on adverse reactions of patients.Methods A total of 84 patients with COPD who received budesonide atomization inhalation treatment in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received seamless nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The time of cough,wheezing and rale in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of SDS,SAS and the total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the understanding degree of health knowledge and treatment compliance were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The seamless nursing application in the treatment of COPD by budesonide atomization inhalation has an ideal effect,which can effectively promote the improvement of patients'adverse symptoms,reduce the influence of various adverse emotions,and enhance the patients'cooperation in the treatment.
