摘要
通过对国内执行RSE-M和ASME规范的核电机组反应堆压力容器原材料的材质、热处理状态、规格尺寸、焊接工艺、表面状态等理论分析,并使用16MND5和SA-508-3制作对比试块,进行声学性能和人工反射体灵敏度对比试验,说明材料的声学性能基本相同,执行RSE-M和ASME规范的反应堆压力容器焊缝超声波检验技术能力验证试块可通用。
16 MND5 and SA-508-3 are approved to have the same acoustic properties for ultrasonic wave testing,and the qualification blocks are substitutable for ultrasonic wave testing of reactor pressure vessel between RSE-M and ASME code,based on the theoretical analysis of the material,heat treatment,dimension,welding process and surface state of the reactor pressure vessel in civil nuclear power units,and manufacturing test blocks by 16 MND5 and SA-508-3 to research the difference of acoustic and manual reflector sensitivity.
