摘要
本文对海洋工程中常见的结构焊缝超声波检验扫查面的选择进行了具体的分析研究,通过对国内外不同标准要求进行对比,总结归纳出扫查面的选择特点。根据超声波检验的特点指出扫查面选择的主要影响因素,从而获得最佳的扫查面设定,更有利于检出目标缺陷,提高检验效率。
This paper makes a specific analysis and study on the selection of ultrasonic examination scanface for structural welds in offshore engineering,and summarizes the selection characteristics of scanning face by comparing the requirements of different standards.According to the characteristics of ultrasonic examination,the main factors scan surface selection are pointed out,so as to obtain the best face,which is more beneficial to detect the target defects and improve the inspection efficiency.
