某风洞模型支撑框架结构强度分析

摘要 传统高速风洞模型通常采用优质钢进行减材加工制造,根据经验对结构强度预留了很大的安全裕度,进而导致模型过重引发诸多问题。随着大型尺寸和复杂型面的飞行器不断涌现,其风洞试验模型对轻量化和刚强度的需求日益迫切。针对某大型复杂飞行器模型的真实气动性能无法评估,采用了框架结构支撑风洞模型的方法,在优化风洞模型气动载荷传递路径的基础上,通过天平参考值反求结构载荷极限值并对框架支撑结构进行强度分析,满足模型的试验要求。
