摘要
随着市场经济的快速发展,各个企业也随之快速发展,其办公信息处理量也在逐渐增加,而办公自动化计算机技术的普及为优化办公流程奠定了基础,而且还能提高办公人员的工作效率。传统的信息处理模式需要投入较多的人力资源,已无法满足现代社会发展与企业竞争的需要。基于此,笔者针对办公自动化中计算机技术的具体应用问题,提出了针对性的对策,旨在不断提高办公效率。
With the rapid development of market economy,various enterprises are also developing rapidly,and the amount of office information processing is gradually increasing.The popularization of office automation computer technology has laid the foundation for optimizing the office process,and can also improve the work efficiency of office workers.The traditional information processing mode needs more human resources,which can not meet the needs of modern social development and enterprise competition.Based on this,the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the specific application of computer technology in office automation,aiming at continuously improving the office efficiency.
