产后逐瘀胶囊联合缩宫素对接受剖宫产手术的产妇进行预防性治疗的效果

Effect of postpartum Zhuyu capsule combined with oxytocin on preventive treatment of pregnant women undergoingcesarean section

目的:观察用产后逐瘀胶囊联合缩宫素对接受剖宫产手术的产妇进行预防性治疗的临床效果.方法:选取2018年5月至2019年6月期间在成都双楠医院接受剖宫产手术的138例产妇为研究对象.按照随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组.使用缩宫素对对照组产妇进行预防性治疗,使用产后逐瘀胶囊联合缩宫素对观察组产妇进行预防性治疗.手术结束后,对比两组产妇产后出血的发生情况、凝血功能相关的指标、用药不良反应的发生情况、术后不同时间的出血量及恶露持续的时间.结果:与对照组产妇相比,观察组产妇产后出血的发生率较低,P<0.05.两组产妇用药不良反应的总发生率相比,P>0.05.术后即刻,两组产妇的TT、PT、APTT与血清FIB的水平相比,P>0.05.术后3 d,两组产妇的TT、PT、APTT相比,P>0.05.术后3 d,与对照组产妇相比,观察组产妇血清FIB的水平较低,P<0.05.术后2 h、术后24 h和术后48 h,与对照组产妇相比,观察组产妇的出血量均较少,P<0.05.术后,与对照组产妇相比,观察组产妇恶露持续的时间较短,P<0.05.结论:用产后逐瘀胶囊联合缩宫素对接受剖宫产手术的产妇进行预防性治疗可显著降低其产后出血的发生率,减少其产后的出血量,改善其凝血功能,缩短其恶露持续的时间,且不会增加其用药不良反应的发生率.

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of postpartum Zhuyu capsule combined with oxytocin in preventive treatment of pregnant women undergoing cesarean section.Methods:138 pregnant women who underwent cesarean section in Chengdu Shuangnan Hospital from May 2018 to June 2019 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method.Prophylactic treatment was performed with oxytocin in the control group,and postpartum Zhuyu capsule combined with oxytocin in the observation group.After the operation,the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,indicators related to coagulation function,occurrence of adverse drug reactions,postoperative blood loss at different times and lochia duration were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups was P>0.05.Immediately after the operation,TT,PT and APTT of the two groups were compared with serum FIB level,P>0.05.Three days after the operation,TT,PT and APTT of the two groups were compared,and P>0.05.Three days after the operation,compared with the control group,the serum FIB level in the observation group was lower(P<0.05).2 h,24 h and 48 h after the operation,compared with the control group,the amount of bleeding in the observation group was less(P<0.05).After operation,lochia lochia duration was shorter in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Prophylactic treatment with postpartum Zhuyu capsule combined with oxytocin can significantly reduce the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage,improve the coagulation function,shorten the duration of lochia,and do not increase the incidence of adverse drug reactions.
