射频消融术治疗阵发性房颤合并长R-R间期的效果研究

Efficacy of radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation with long R-R interphase

目的:探讨并研究对阵发性心房颤动(房颤)合并长R-R间期患者进行射频消融术的临床效果.方法:选取2014年11月至2018年10月期间成都医学院第一附属医院收治的120例阵发性房颤合并长R-R间期患者作为研究对象,将其按照随机数表法分为观察组(n=60)与对照组(n=60).对对照组患者进行常规的药物治疗,对观察组患者进行射频消融术,然后比较两组患者的临床疗效、左心室射血分数、生活质量评分量表的评分及出院后1年内其病情的复发率和病死率.结果:观察组患者治疗的优良率高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05.治疗后,观察组患者的左心室射血分数和生活质量评分量表的评分均高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05.在出院后的1年内,观察组患者病情的复发率低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05.在出院后的1年内,两组患者的病死率相比,差异无统计学意义,P<0.05.结论:对阵发性房颤合并长R-R间期患者进行射频消融术能显著缓解其病情,改善其心功能,提高其生活质量,降低其病情的复发率.

Objective:To explore and study the clinical effect of radiofrequency ablation for patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation(AF)combined with long R-R interval.Methods:120 patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation complicated with long R-R interphase admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu Medical College from November 2014 to October 2018 were selected as study subjects,and were divided into observation group(n=60)and control group(n=60)according to random number table method.Patients in the control group received routine drug therapy,and those in the observation group received radiofrequency ablation.Then,the clinical efficacy,left ventricular ejection fraction,quality of life scale scores,and the recurrence and mortality rates of patients in the first year after discharge were compared between the two groups.Results:The excellent and good rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of left ventricular ejection fraction and quality of life scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Within 1 year after discharge,the recurrence rate of patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Within 1 year after discharge,there was no statistically significant difference in mortality between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Radiofrequency ablation for patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation complicated with long R-R interval can significantly alleviate their condition,improve their cardiac function,improve their quality of life,and reduce the recurre nce rate of their condition.
