两地汤合二至丸治疗虚热型经期延长的效果观察

Observation on the effect of Decoction and Erzhi Pill in the treatment of prolonged period of deficiency heat type

目的:观察用两地汤合二至丸对虚热型经期延长患者进行治疗的临床效果.方法:选取2017年6月至2018年2月期间保定市第一中医院妇科门诊收治的30例虚热型经期延长患者为研究对象.采用两地汤合二至丸对其进行治疗.治疗3个月经周期后,对这30例患者进行3个月经周期的随访,观察其治疗的效果及用药不良反应的发生情况.结果:这30例患者治疗的总有效率为93.3%.在接受治疗及随访期间,仅有1例患者出现轻度腹泻,未经用药而自行痊愈.结论:采用两地汤合二至丸对虚热型经期延长患者进行治疗的效果显著、安全性高.

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of decoction and Erzhi Pill in the treatment of patients with prolonged period of asthenia heat.Methods:From June 2017 to February 2018,30 patients with extended period of asthenia heat were selected as the study subjects.The decoction and erzhi pill were used to treat it.After treatment for 3 menstrual cycles,the 30 patients were followed up for 3 menstrual cycles to observe the therapeutic effect and the occurrence of adverse drug reactions.Results:the total effective rate of the 30 patients was 93.3%.During treatment and follow-up,only 1 patient developed mild diarrhea and recovered without medication.Conclusion:Decoction and Erzhi pills are effective and safe in the treatment of patients with prolonged period of asthenia he at.
