多层民用建筑稳沉阶段加固与纠偏技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 为避免采空区两栋倾斜超限的多层民用建筑因继续采煤而导致倾覆等严重灾害,山东科技大学对建筑物的基础进行预先加固以增加结构的整体刚度,并在稳沉期间对该区域的地表和建筑物进行持续观测和分析,及时调整了掏土纠偏施工的参数。经过持续9个月的观测和纠偏,两栋建筑物的倾斜都控制在3‰以下,承重结构和围护结构未出现安全问题,减少了后期维修费用。该技术可以在采煤区的乡镇已建的多层建筑中进行推广,不仅可缓解不均匀沉降对房屋倾斜的影响,还可以减少房屋承重构件和维护结构损坏概率,增加结构的安全性,降低维修费用。 In order to avoid serious disasters such as capsizing of two multi-storey civil buildings with over-limit tilt due to continued coal mining in the goaf, the foundation of the building is pre-reinforced to increase the integral rigidity of the structure, and the ground surface and buildings in the area were continuously observed and analyzed during the period of steady subsidence, and timely adjustment of the parameters of excavation and rectification construction. After 9 months of observation and rectification, the inclination of the two buildings was controlled within the range of 3 ‰, and there was no safety problem in the load-bearing structure and the envelope structure, which reduced the later maintenance costs.This technology can be promoted in the multi-storey buildings that have been built in towns and villages in the coal mining area, which can not only alleviate the influence of uneven settlement on the building tilt, but also reduce the damage of load-bearing components and maintenance structures,increase the safety of structures and reduce maintenance costs.
