摘要
无底柱分段崩落法在金属矿山采矿中应用十分广泛,我国85%以上的地下铁矿与40%以上的有色金属矿山均采用这种方式进行采矿。在实际应用过程中,矿石损失率与贫化率是制约无底柱分段崩落法进一步有效应用的重要影响因素,这也让矿山开采工作更加的艰难。本文以保国铁矿铁蛋山矿区为例,重点分析阐述无底柱分段崩落法在矿柱回收中的应用,期望可以为后续的矿柱回收工作提供技术支持。
Sublevel caving without bottom pillar is widely used in metal mines.In China,more than 85% of underground iron mines and more than 40% of non-ferrous metal mines adopt this method.In the practical application process,the ore loss rate and dilution rate are the important factors that restrict the further effective application of sublevel caving without sill pillar,which also makes the mining work more difficult.Taking Tiedanshan mine of Baoguo Iron Mine as an example,this paper focuses on the application of sublevel caving without sill pillar in pillar recovery,hoping to provide technical support for the subsequent pillar recovery.
