降低拜耳法氧化铝生产系统碳碱浓度的探索与实践 被引量:2

摘要 氧化铝系统中的碳碱被视为无效碱,长期在流程中积累,增加了单位能耗,碳碱达到平衡浓度时,以固体析出,碳碱浓度过高会对溶出、沉降、分解、蒸发等多个工序造成不利影响。文章主要对拜耳法氧化铝生产系统碳碱浓度升高的原因及危害,以及如何有效降低系统碳碱浓度进行了探索与实践,总结了降低系统碳碱浓度的有效经验,对其他采取拜耳法工艺生产氧化铝的企业有良好的借鉴作用。 The carbon alkali in the alumina system is regarded as invalid alkali,which accumulates in the process for a long time and increases the unit energy consumption.When the carbon alkali reaches the equilibrium concentration,it will be separated out as solid.If the carbon alkali concentration is too high,it will cause adverse effects on the dissolution,settlement,decomposition,evaporation and other processes.This paper mainly discusses the cause and harm of the increase of carbon and alkali concentration in Bayer process alumina production system,and how to effectively reduce the carbon and alkali concentration in the system,summarizes the effective experience of reducing the carbon and alkali concentration in the system,and has a good reference for other enterprises adopting Bayer process alumina production.
