With the rapid development of China’s industry,the electrical instrument engineering industry is playing an increasingly important role in China’s industrial production.Among them,the electromagnetic flowmeter is more and more widely used,and the process parameters in many enterprises are more and more dependent on the electromagnetic flowmeter.Small and medium calibre is often used in demanding or difficult situations,such as iron and steel industry blast furnace cooling water control,papermaking industry measuring paper slurry and black liquid,chemical industry strong corrosion liquid,nonferrous metallurgy industry pulp;Small diameter,small diameter is often used in the pharmaceutical industry,food industry,biochemistry and other places with health requirements.This paper introduces the selection of electromagnetic flowmeter and the basic requirements to be followed in installation and debugging,and expounds in detail the problems and solutions that are easy to occur in installation and debugging of electrical instruments.
