摘要
粉煤灰盐酸法生产氧化铝工艺中粉煤灰与盐酸经反应、稀释后的料浆需要进行液固分离。本文利用新型絮凝剂进行了系统的实验研究,掌握了溶出稀释料浆的沉降分离与洗涤性能。工业化中试结果表明使用连续沉降分离洗涤工艺是可行的,为大型工业化液固分离工艺方案的设计、运行提供了依据。
In the process of aluminaproduction by hydrochloric acid method from fly ash,the Slurry requires liquid-solid separation after Fly ash and hydrochloric acid were reacted and diluted.In this paper,a new type of flocculant was used to carry out a systematic experimental study,the sedimentation separation and washing performance of the dissolved dilute slurry were mastered.The industrial pilot test results show that the continuous sedimentation separation and washing process is feasible,which provides a basis for the design and operation of large-scale industrial liquid-solid separation process.
