氧化铝厂生产监测中化验室处理含重金属废液的方法研究

摘要 针对传统重金属废液处理方法中存在重金属效率低的问题,开展了氧化铝厂生产监测中化验室处理含重金属废液方法的研究。考虑到氧化铝生产中其元素的特殊性质,选择铁屑固定处理容器,加入一定量的硫化物质或亚硝酸盐物质,充当重金属的还原试剂,曝气生产监测中重金属废液,提供重金属废液与淤泥的充分接触时间,加药处理混凝反应池,滤砂沉淀金属废液,降低导出废液中重金属浓度含量。 In view of the low efficiency of heavy metals in the traditional treatment methods of heavy metal waste liquid,the laboratory treatment method of heavy metal waste liquid in the production monitoring of alumina plant was studied.Considering the special properties of the elements in the production of alumina,the fixed treatment container of iron filings is selected,and a certain amount of sulfurized or nitrite substance is added to act as the reducing agent of heavy metals.The heavy metal waste liquor in the production monitoring is aerated to provide the full contact time between the heavy metal waste liquor and sludge.The coagulating reaction tank is treated by adding chemicals,and the metal waste liquor is precipitated by filtering sand to reduce the weight in the exported waste liquor Metal concentration.
