摘要
通过对钼矿石筛分缓冲仓内粉尘产生特点的分析,研究出钼矿石筛分缓冲仓无动力降尘技术方案,并成功在钼选矿厂生产现场应用,在降尘方面取得了良好的效果。结果表明:粉尘浓度减小至3.8mg/m^3,显著低于以前的115mg/m^3,不仅达到了改善现场工作环境的目的,而且保证了清洁生产质量。
Based on the analysis of the dust production characteristics in the molybdenum ore screening buffer silo,the technology scheme of the molybdenum ore screening buffer silo without dynamic dust removal was studied,and it was successfully applied in the production site of molybdenum concentrator,and a good effect was obtained in the dust removal.The results showed that the dust concentration decreased to 3.8 mg/m3,significantly lower than the previous 115 mg/m3,which not only achieved the purpose of improving the on-site working environment,but also ensured the quality of clean production.
