柿树底金矿空场法转充填法及绿色矿山建设实践

Practice of open-stope method to backfill method and green mine construction in Shishudi Gold Mine

为响应国家绿色矿山建设号召,柿树底金矿将工艺与装备水平落后的空场法变更为更加安全高效的充填采矿法、建设全尾砂充填系统、进行采空区充填治理和残矿资源回收,有效控制地压活动、保障回采作业安全、最大限度地回收地下矿产资源、实现尾矿的无害化处置和资源化使用、避免了新建尾矿库。

In response to the national green mine construction,the Shishudi Gold Mine changed the open-stope method to a safer and more effective backfill method,constructed a backfilling system,backfilled the mined-out goaf and recovered the residual resources.These works show great impact in the control of ground pressure,ensure the safety of mining,realization of the harmless disposal of tailings and avoid building a new tailings dam.
