随着我国采矿业的快速发展,我国现阶段的矿山企业呈现出规模大、投资大、技术标准高等新特点,在企业的发展过程中保证安全生产是至关重要的,而对于矿山企业班组安全建设是不容忽视的。与美国、英国、澳大利亚等矿业发达国家相比,我国在人的不安全方面的研究与实践相对落后,这也是导致安全事故频发的主要因素之一。

With the rapid development of China's mining industry,the current mining enterprises in China have shown new characteristics of large scale,large investment,high technical standards,etc.it is very important to ensure the safety of production in the process of enterprise development,and it is not negligible for the safety construction of mining enterprise team.Compared with the United States,Britain,Australia and other mining developed countries,China's research and practice in human insecurity is relatively backward,which is also one of the main factors leading to frequent safety accidents.
