探析我国交通运输经济面临的挑战及对策

Analysis on the Challenges and Countermeasures of China's Transportation Economy

交通是推动经济社会发展的重要因素,交通运输业是国民经济的基础性先导性产业,在我国经济发展中发挥着重要作用。中华人民共和国成立70年来,我国交通运输经历了从“瓶颈制约”到“初步缓解”,再到“基本适应”的发展历程,取得了历史性的成就。党的十九大报告明确提出要建设“交通强国”,意味着将在新时代开启建设交通强国的新征程,2019年9月,国务院批准印发了《交通强国建设纲要》,掀开了交通运输工作的新篇章。在新的历史条件下,交通运输经济赢来了新的机遇和挑战,当然也面临许多亟须解决的问题和难题,本文对此进行了分析并提出了解决的对策,为我国交通运输业的发展提供理论参考。

Transportation is an important factor to promote economic and social development.Transportation industry is the basic leading industry of national economy and plays an important role in China's economic development.Since the founding of the people's Republic of China 70 years ago,China's transportation has experienced the development process from"bottleneck restriction"to"initial relief"and then to"basic adaptation",and has made historic achievements.The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly proposes to build a"transportation power",which means that we will embark on a new journey of building a transportation power in the new era.In September 2019,the State Council approved and issued the outline of building a transportation power,which opened a new chapter in the transportation work.Under the new historical conditions,the transportation economy has won new opportunities and challenges.Of course,it also faces many problems and problems that need to be solved urgently.This paper analyzes this and puts forward countermeasures to provide theoretical reference for the development of China's transportation industry.
