Influence of Cutting Control Capability of CNC Lathe on Machining Accuracy

在现代数控车床中,不仅应用了大量的数控技术实现对车床的一体化控制,而且还能运用数字化控制技术达到自动化控制的目的。其中,切削加工中,其切削能力将直接给机械加工的精确度带来影响。因此,本文主要对其带来的影响进行了梳理,并分析了提高机械加工精确度所需的对策,最终在提高数控车床切削控制能力的同时优化机械加工精确度。

In modern CNC lathes,not only a large number of numerical control techniques has been applied to realize the integrated control of lathes,but also the digital control technology can be used to achieve the purpose of automatic control.Among them,cutting ability will directly affect the precision of machining.Therefore,this paper mainly combs its influence,and analyzes the countermeasures needed to improve machining accuracy,and finally optimizes machining accuracy while improving NC lathe cutting control ability.
