在经济全球化的当今时代,经济在飞速地发展,这就促使了对财务会计类人才的巨大需求,但是,目前财务会计类人才并不能很好地满足现代化的要求,不仅如此,当今时代是信息化、智能化的时代,它同时对财务会计类人才提出了更高的要求,如何培养高素质的财会人才以满足时代发展的要求成为迫切需要得到解决的重要问题。本文分析了财务会计类专业人才培养的发展现状以及存在的问题,并就此探究了财务会计类人才模式的创新改革思路以及应用。

In the current era of economic globalization,the economy is developing rapidly,which has prompted a huge demand for financial accounting talents.However,at present,financial accounting talents cannot meet the requirements of modernization very well.The era is an era of informatization and intelligence.It also puts forward higher requirements for financial and accounting talents.How to train high-quality financial and accounting talents to meet the requirements of the development of the times has become an important issue that needs to be resolved urgently.This paper analyzes the development status and existing problems of the training of financial accounting professionals,and explores the innovative reform ideas and applications of the financial accounting talents model.
