摘要
分析了本科生科研创新能力培养模式的现状,提出了新工科建设背景下基于项目驱动的本科生科研创新能力培养模式的研究思路,构建了一整套涵盖“教学模块—研究平台—激励机制—评价体系—团队建设”的基于项目驱动的本科生科研创新能力培养模式。以广西大学机械工程学院为研究对象,制定出本科生参与创新创业项目、导师基金项目和校企合作项目的激励措施和规范化管理规定,实现跨专业、跨学科的交流,设计“在校科研能力+就业竞争力+工作潜力”三位一体考核指标的长效、全程的科研创新能力评价体系,从在校学术水平表现到就业竞争力再到工作岗位综合能力的体现,动态追踪评价本科生的科研创新能力。
This paper analyzes the current situation of the cultivation mode of scientific research innovation ability of undergraduates,puts forward the research idea of the cultivation mode of scientific research innovation ability of undergraduates based on project driving under the background of new engineering construction,and constructs a set of cultivation mode of scientific research innovation ability of on project driving,which includes"teaching module research platform incentive mechanism evaluation system team building".Taking the College of mechanical engineering of Guangxi University as the research object,we have formulated incentive measures and standardized management regulations for undergraduates to participate in innovation and entrepreneurship projects,mentoring fund projects and school enterprise cooperation projects,realized cross professional and interdisciplinary exchanges,and designed a long-term and whole process evaluation system of scientific research and innovation ability,which is a trinity of"scientific research ability in school+competitiveness in employment+potential in work"and dynamically tracks and evaluates the scientific research and innovation ability of undergraduates from the academic level of the university to the employment competitiveness and then to the comprehensive ability of the job.
