摘要
某砖混结构房屋因受周边基坑开挖施工的影响,部分墙体、楼板和装饰层等出现严重的开裂或破损现象.文章对该质量问题进行检测和分析,并提出了加固处理方案.实践结果表明,方案取得了良好的效果,可为类似工程事故的分析和处理提供参考.
Because of the influence of the excavation of the surrounding foundation pit,some of the walls,floors and decorative layers of a brick and concrete structure building are seriously cracked or damaged.The quality problem is detected and analyzed,and the reinforcement scheme is proposed.The practical results show that good results have been achieved,which can provide reference for the analysis and treatment of similar eng ineering accidents.
